Vegan Chocolate Bark

Chocolate bark is a diverse concoction. More often than not I make this recipe using whatever ingredients are already stocked in my kitchen. So long as the chocolate base is present, mixing variations of seeds, nuts, and dried fruits abound. Feel free to be creative and diverge from the recipe below. Ultimately, this is a tasty snack and a healthier sweet treat.

Combination pictured: Walnuts and pumpkin seeds. After refrigerating for a few minutes I sprinkled coconut flakes and cinnamon powder on top before chocolate bark firmed completely.

Note: Mold used is 5”x5” container. Made three servings.
